Kusmi's Green Tea Matcha is perfect for sampling (1.05oz.). Preparation Suggestions: Pour into the bowl 2-4 bamboo spoonfuls of matcha. Heat fresh water to 80°C (176°F) and add to the bowl. Stir vigorously with a bamboo whisk by tracing a "W" pattern until consistent and until a layer of foam forms at the surface.

Created in the early 19th century, Earl Grey Polish blend No. 18 is one of Kusmi’s very first teas. It is considered a tangier version of Earl Grey, adding lemon and lime to the traditional bergamot flavour.

English Breakfast is a delicious blend of two black teas from India: a Ceylon tea with a rich, powerful flavour, and an Assam tea with a round, intense taste. This combination, with powerful tannins, will delight those who like full-bodied teas.

Genmaicha is a Bancha green tea to which roasted and popped rice has been added. When brewed, this tea from Japan has both the fresh flavour of green tea and a light hazelnut taste from the roasted and popped rice.

Originally from Zhejiang province in China, Gunpowder tea is the traditional base for mint tea. Its leaves are dried after harvesting to avoid fermentation, then rolled into pellets resembling gunpowder.

This golden colored tea has a light flavour that is aromatic and floral, with a hint of Muscat grape. The unfermented version offered here emphasises its fresh notes.
